"All the room was equipped with the necessary tools, I had a hard time finding my room, and I could not find the office it was closed once I saw it. I had to look at my messages to find my room but it was until I had to call the office but all pretty much was good"

"I gave it only a 3 because the elevator was broken, I had to go up 3 flights of step on my crutches and my husband had to make 2 trips to the car and carry our luggage up 3 flights. Mind you we are not young in our late 70's! Also, the room was freezing because we had no heat in our room and it was 60 degrees outside! TV didn't work and my husband had to hook up the wires to get it to work. That said, the hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. PS: They had the elevator company working...
