Hotel Menerima Tamu LGBT di Florissant

"Paid for an upgraded suite only to be told at check in - the room had never been cleaned and we were downgraded to a small room with only 2 beds for 3 adults. At first, we were offered a room with one king bed, so at least grateful for the second option. We were still charged the upgraded price and told to speak with a manager in the morning. Upon arrival to our room, our door clearly had evidence of being tampered with as shown in picture. Only to enter and find No blankets and some weird...

"Carpet in the room was full of food crumbs . The TV remote didn't work. Had maintenance come to the room to fix it but you couldn't change the channels unless you were directly infront of the TV. I've stayed here a lot lately but this night was a disappointment."

"The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. Easy access on/off highway. Breakfast staff and food options were above standard."
