"Convenient to hotel.
Shuttle was great.
Room not wonderful.
Bathroom not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. There was left over dental floss in the bathroom, I killed two small bugs in the bathroom. There were stains on the bedroom curtains.
We arrived at 10:00 pm and were quickly told dining and the bar was soon closing. Felt lucky they allowed us to have a quick bite."

"Although only there for 1 night as a layover for the airport, found that the location was awesome (by the port) and a lot of restaurants in the vicinity. Rooms were clean and the view we had was amazing. Didn't get a chance to use the rooftop pool or the amenities, but definitely something that I would look into if I return."

"Hotel looks good overall. Few issues we had with our trip: our reservation was given to somebody else for whatever reason. We arrived late and we were told that our room is no longer available. After waiting in the lobby for almost an hour we were given a smaller room in the end but we were not reimbursed for the price difference (booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids).
