"Our stay was great. Initially, our first room had a heavy wet smell upon our arrival but was clean and tidy. The front desk staff immediately issued me another room card to assess which ended up being in great shape. The complimentary breakfast was nice and simple but effective and convenient. The location of the hotel was excellent as all shopping areas were close by as well as great food choices. Would definitely book this hotel again!"

"I can’t say enough about the staff here. They were helpful from the moment I checked in. I confused checkout time with their sister hotel which was 12pm. The staff allowed my husband and I extra time to checkout. The housekeeper staff was just as kind and accommodating. Breakfast was great and the cook was very nice as well. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel to stay with an amazing crew."

"I stayed at this property for a conference. The support staff was extremely attentive to details to make sure all attendees stayed comfortable and enjoyed their time there. The front desk staff was very friendly and fun to converse with. The breakfast staff was personable and kind, making sure everything was up to par and satisfactory. My only complaint was the bedding had an odor, the floor was dirty (I remove my shoes upon entering), and I found a pretzel from a previous guest on the floor next to the bed. Staff gets 5/5 stars from me, but the cleaning could use just a little improvement."
