"One of our rooms woke up to a good amount of water coming through the ceiling in the bathroom in the middle of the night, because the jacuzzi room above overflowed. The ceiling looked unsafe. They had to move all of their stuff and their sleeping child. We got an apologies and a room move. Would have expected some sort compensation or at least a managers outreach. "For the most part the property presented well. It’s the extra cost for parking service, they only offer valet so you take It or leave it, The pool was indoor but the amount of chlorine and the cloudy water was a big turn off. The heat was so bad and not being able to use the pool was a real turn off. The second night we could hear so much noise from the A/C unit very little rest. Last the bed was very hard."
