"The property advertises that it includes breakfast. This is an expensive hotel, not an Econolodge type hotel. When you arrive at the very beautiful breakfast room, only the bread, cereal, coffee, and juice is included. They charge you for the hot food. And the cereal is served in the single serving box. It feels like a bait and switch. They get all the hotel guests to come for breakfast and after sitting at the table and reading the menu you find out it isn’t really included as advertised."

"Good. Location in MTV is excellent.This place is gradually being updated. Bathrooms now are clean and nice. Madrases were being replaced right before our stay. Bad Luxury clothes (non-logo) were stolen from my room. I raised this with the manager and pointed out they must have cameras and that I will address this in the morning. "Very nice hotel. Front desk were really nice. Room very clean and great amenities. Nice pool and hot tub with sun loungers. Pool towels provided. Breakfast had eggs with either veggies or ham, sausage, tater tots, pancakes, miso soup, rice, muffins, etc"

Was impressed the moment we drove up, and could see the families outside playing on the Concourse, and patrons enjoying the fine dining on the outside portion of the adjoining restaurant. "This was really the nicest room I have stayed in as far as everything you could ever want was supplied! Reclining chair, huge TV, heated floor in the bathroom, microwave and fridge… beautiful breakfast included…. Even a yoga mat. They thought of everything!"

"I had to change our room at the last minute. I believe the counter person was named Jay. He was awesome!!! Without having to go through Expedia, he was able to change the room, at the very last minute. Knowing I would be paying extra, he did an excellent job and was able to keep the rate at an afforable price. Thank you. He was so very helpful and friendly.
