"I was a little early and the front desk let me check in early and upgraded me to a ln ocean view room on the top floor."

"This is my first time visiting Oahu and staying at this hotel, but I have to say, the experience has been disappointing. The photos online gave a misleading impression, likely taken right after the hotel was built. Unfortunately, everything feels quite old and in disrepair, especially the bathroom. To make matters worse, the sheets had a strange, musty odor. I won’t be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone."

"Could not get to hotel because of flooded roads and we were charged anyway. Tried to cancel and they wouldn’t do it. No refund"

"フロントの女性、客室のクリーニングスタッフは非常に愛想がよく親切。部屋もアップグレードして貰え21回の最上階のコーナー部屋になり大変有難かったが、滞在中は稀に見る嵐が数日続きホテルは停電、ワイキキの信号も停止状態の中、最上階故にラナイ上部の雨どいから雨水がダラ漏れ、下にはバスタオルが敷かれる状態が続いた。部屋の設備も老朽化は顕著で浴室の設備は酷かった。このホテルは、これまでに２度利用したけど今後は利用しないと思う。"

"Elevators suck! Super slow and at times nearly impossible to get on as a family. Also if you decide to take the stairs the door at the bottom is a death trap with a blind step. "
