"First and foremost, the building looks like it’s condemned and anyone who spends their hard earned money to stay here should be very well aware of that. As for the interior of the unit that is subpar at best be prepared for the fact that there really is not an actual bedroom. It’s a bed that you have no space to walk around. The location is not great either you are quite a ways away from any of the locations a tourist would want to visit. The only reason I give it any stars at all is because of...

"Beautiful condo with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the view of Diamond head, daily sunrise. Parking is included and the location is perfect. The host is very friendly , kind, accessible and made the check in easy. We loved our stay here and plan to return again. "

"This was an apartment in downtown Honolulu, not the greatest location for families. The unit was a good size, but sound traveled through the walls and it was an older building.
The kitchen was well equipped, but some extras like paper towel would have been helpful.
Only stayed one night , was comfortable enough."

"We felt very comfortable in Waikiki Banjan.
We particularly appreciated the very central location.
You can spend your holidays there indisturbed.
We would have a small comment.
A small laundry rack would be nice.
You can't hang the laundry anywhere else.
We would like to book Waikiki Banjan again and fecommend it to others

"Great location! Property was furnished adequately, but electrical outlets were in odd places. There's a countertop in the kitchen area with coffee maker, but no outlet. Only outlet is near the sink so cord had to go over the sink. Needs more hangars & floor mat for bathroom. Some noise from the street in the early morning could be heard from 12th floor. Great communication with host. Would stay again."
