When we first arrived, we were genuinely impressed with the hotel’s beautiful decor and modern feel. In fact, we were already talking about staying here again on our next trip. Unfortunately, our experience quickly went downhill. After checking in (which was seamless), we noticed that the bed sheets appeared to be dirty or stained. "The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool area was really nice big plus having a bar/restaurant by the pool. The only negative thing was that most of the washers and dryers did not work in the laundry room. Other than that I would definitely stay here again!"

"Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold."

"Was a good deal for a last minute one night stay. Location was good as well….close to the beach and other food and shopping. Was bigger inside the room than expected as well, although the bathroom was smaller. The only thing I didn’t really appreciate was the wall of glass was not well insulated and we could hear very well everything going on outside in the evening from the pool party next door, to the dumpster pickups in the middle of the night to the employee car running before they left work....

"Kind and friendly staff. Rooms have AC but no heaters. Laundry rooms kinda scary. Very old equipment. Outdated exterior. Breakfast buffet was just ok it wasn’t worth $28. You can get to the mall from the sky bridge on the 2nd floor that was nice. Pretty views. Property has water fill stations and shops."

"I ended up having to cut my trip short so only stayed 1 night out of the full 5 days I booked. Tried to get a partial refund but wasn’t allowed because I booked a non-refundable. Can’t really complain about that though as it was non-refundable, but would have been great if they could have done something. It’s a bit of an older hotel, at the end of the Waikiki strip, but still within walking distance of everything in Waikiki."

"Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa was the perfect medium. Waikiki beach was a short 5 min walk from the hotel with great eateries at every corner. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others."

Excellent prices, awesome pool, pool bar, restaurant poolside, koi pond, hot tub, ice tea, orange water, slushies for happy hour, happy hour special pricing and coffee bar. Awesome! They keep your bags after you check out so you can go to the beach if you have a late flight."
