"Amazing value, good service. Loved having 3 double beds and the Murphy, with two separate bathrooms and a really functional kitchen. The location cannot be beat and the valet parking is cheaper than other spots. The rooftop pool and bar offers amazing views. Only one drawback would be that the facilities are a little dated, but that's reflected in the price."

"From the very first time we pulled in the valet was right there waiting for us. They took care of our luggage. Check-in was very simple. We stayed in the older part of the hotel, which was small, but very cozy and very clean. The staff works tirelessly to keep the place in spotless condition when you walk down to the lobby you’re met with the beautiful Hawaiian breeze on the other side of the street and the ocean the restaurant is delicious. The bar food is absolutely out of this world....

"The staff -front desk, porters, wait staff at Orchids and Room Without a Key-was consistently welcoming and friendly. Dinner and breakfast at Orchids food and presentation superb. When a beef carpaccio appetizer was delayed, they presented a beet salad to tide us over. If you value the last art of 5-Star service food and drink don’t miss this place. "

"毎日掃除に入ってくれベッドメイキングも完璧 タオル類も十分でした。 網戸の汚れが少し気になりました。 レインシャワーは日本人には使いづらいかも。 シャワートイレは良かった。 ドアストッパーが効かなかったのでペットボトルで代用した。 プール用のタオルも完璧。 アイランダーはチェックインまでの時間ラウンジが使えて便利。子供達はプールに入れました。が騒ぐと顰蹙をかいます。大人がゆっくりくつろいでるので。横目でじろじろ見られます。それ以来外のプールを利用しました。 いろいろな種類のプールがあり満足です。 ラグーンも朝のうちは冷たいですが昼からは大丈夫です。午前中は海が良いかも。 部屋から水着で行きそのまま部屋に帰って来れるので便利。 お子様連れにはおすすめなホテルです。"
