"The wild goose and was beyond what I ever imagined it was such a nice quiet quaint place to take a nice break and just relax I got to enjoy it with my girlfriend for my birthday Al was amazing and as was the young gentleman that made my breakfast in the morning Paul maybe? I woke up at 6am from a random alarm on accident my fault. I'm terrible with names in the morning unfortunately but they were both so friendly and amazing and Yogi the dog was awesome. "Very much liked almost EVERYTHING at this hotel. When entering my room, noted that the shape of the room — not the usual rectangle — gave this unit an illusion of space! Nothing felt cramped. Besides being very clean, feeling of airiness, very comfortable bedding and bed, small kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, Adequate work area, lots of lighting and electric plugs. Then add lots of “little” extras: gratis coffee 24/7 with variety of snack foods available for purchase also 24/7. ...

"They canceled our stay without stating the reason. In the message they told they refunded our money. They never did Eventually after 2 weeks we got our refund from Expedia after several attempts to reach the hotel. It was the graduation week and our booking that we booked 3 months before cost us $90. Immediately after cancellation their relisted our room for $260. Total scammers. Their phone number they list is a cell phone number that goes straight to a voicemail. Avoid."

"There were several young adult sports teams stating at this hotel. Although it’s great to see young people out enjoying themselves, the hotel was noisy until quite late. Easy parking and access to various Lansing locations."

"Room was clean. Pool was closed for maintenance. Air conditioner caused flooding in the room. Was reported twice to management. There were no other rooms available. Management assured I would receive a credit. As of this time, no reimbursement."

"The shower floor was as slippery as a hockey rink, with no curb, so water got out on the tile which made that slippery too. I was supposed to get a 6:00 AM wakeup call...that never occurred."
