"The hotel was pretty good but I see why it was a bit cheaper than other places. It took forever to check in, and their explanation of how to get to our room was terrible. We ended up on the wrong elevator, then we and another guest were wondering around on the 12th floor trying to figure out how to get to the other tower. The place is a bit of a maze. Our room was OK, the bathroom was a bit dated and the kitchen floor was bouncy. It was just well worn in I guess, nothing majour, I know we are in...

"VERY clean hotel. It is model and one of the few hotels I’ve stayed at with a hardwood floor. Which is SO important for me since I have allergies to carpet. Staff was helpful and nice. Easy stay."

"Big rooms, great water pressure, nestled into a very quiet area. Ample parking and good conference facilities - I was there for a 2 day conference and food selected was fresh, plentiful with healthy options.
If you plan to cross the road to get to non-hotel dining food (Firehouse Subs, Pearl Buffet, Wendy's, the Pub, etc.), I recommend crossing at the lights - otherwise it's a deadly game of Frogger."

"Our suite was clean, big, and bright. It was great to have all that space, a separate bedroom, and a full kitchen. The hallways seemed a bit less clean and there was a bit of a lingering smell. Fortunately, that was not the case in our suite."

"The room itself was fine, pretty clean. However, there were a couple things that made our experience less than satisfactory. First of all, our shower did not work. There was no water coming out no matter what we did. There were also a couple black moldy areas in the grout. Second, there was no sound proofing in the room; we could hear the shower coming from the room beside us as well as the laundry room from a couple doors down. Third, the heater in our room took a little troubleshooting....

"We used the kiosk to check in and out - we did have one staff member help us during check out when I forgot to insert the second key. I like this hotel, while it can be somewhat tired, it’s clean, well located, has onsite parking, close to transit. I’ve stayed a number of times before and I’ll likely stay again."

"The location was great and the staff were great but the inability to get food or have a restaurant or a lounge or even a place to really work was nonexistent room service is zero the phone down to the front desk is an old rotary phone and every time I called it was say it was busy I couldn't get through but the staff was incredibly helpful location was easy to go out and find restaurants etc. so the other thing was it had a remote control for the TV that took an engineer to try and figure out...
