"It looked like the property had been recently renovated in the photos but it is still waiting for renovation. Our room smelled overwhelmingly of old smoke and had burn holes (and stains) in the sheets. The ceiling was water damaged, shower rusty. To top it all off, the room was grimy. "I never started there I tried to reschedule for trip delayed and 3 weeks before the trip all I was told sorry non refundable see you the 22. They were not helpful and impolite. I will never stay at this hotel, I would understand if I had tried the day off but not 3 weeks before the stay. They should try having a little sympathy and being more courtesy when a customer just wanted to change the dates of the trip to a non holiday trip date. Not happy at all."
