"The property smelt like dog urine, was not maintained well, very expensive because it was CSU’s graduation weekend Would not have chosen this hotel otherwise The staff was very nice, but I suspect had nothing to do with the upkeep of the hotel. This is a management issue and or ownership. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody probably one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in"

"Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. Shower was small but great water pressure and bathroom was roomy enough for getting ready. There was a nice walk-in closet to hang your clothes. It did have a...

"Very dirty, smelly and old. Got to the room and it was the same if not worse. Stained sheets, reaked of cigarettes and a constant police presence. This was a last ditch effort to get some sleep after price gouging for CSU graduation weekend. Poor business practices to raise your rates to almost triple. I wouldn't pay $40 to sleep here. Avoid this place and ignore the positive cleanly reviews, there is no way they are real."

"Weird check in process where they show you the room before signing you in? I prepaid on a nonrefundable reservation so had no real choice not to say it looks fine! The room was basic, bed surprisingly comfortable and a/c worked well, large tv, carpet stained but otherwise dated but clean. not many food choices at breakfast but coffee was hot. "

"This place was fantastic. Very clean, staff and owner were very nice and accommodating. Great location plus there are restaurants close enough to walk to and a Target just down the street. The area felt very clean and safe as well."

"Total disappointment! The room was filthy and bug infested. The shower/ tub was cracked and we couldn’t use it. The pool was filthy, I didn’t trust not showering. They were supposed to change us rooms, told us twice to come back later.. The third time we tried they said they were full and there wa son other rooms. The new hotel clerk said nobody told her. Whole staff was rude about the situation. We left our vacation a day early because I couldn’t stand being there."
