"Would have liked if the owner met with us when we got to the house to explain some things. Specifically, that the water heater and the heating were pre-programmed and what that meant."

"Bar staff excellent, food good Just a nightmare checkin, when they said i had bookex for only one room when it was thred and thsm quickly told me i had cancelled.my booking and they were full"

"One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The hospitality is bar none and the experience is ethereal. You can almost image the days leading up to the battle of 1746 unfold walking through the halls and the grounds. Lots of delightful surprises I won't spoil that make the experience unique and special from music, to gardens, to the hospitality."

"We had an excellent stay here for our first trip to Inverness. The room was quiet, they accommodated our requests easily, and we very much enjoyed the dining area for dinner and breakfast. Parking was easy, and the location was great. I would very much like to stay there again in the future!"

"Clean room, quiet location, delicious breakfast. Lovely bar. Beautiful views. I would recommend."

"Warm welcome on arrival and a free upgrade o a lovely room. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our comfort and convenience. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff in the dining room very friendly and helpful. Had two meals in Chaplins restaurant and all 4 of us enjoyed our meals, again the staff member was friendly and helpful. We were a party of four and had two rooms and everyone was happy and enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for the upgrades much appreciated. Would...

"We would absolutely stay here again. Not far from the city centre, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to accommodate my wife's dietary requirements and made her feel welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable and overall the property seemed quite quiet. The breakfast was consistently good and kicked off our busy days very well. Recommended!"

"Está un poco retirado de Inverness. El lugar es limpio, los cuartos y baños de de buen tamaño y el personal muy amable."

"Breakfast. I waited over half an hour to get a pot of tea. I was finished my bacon egg tomatoes and mushrooms before a received the tea and had requested it 3times. You can go and get your own coffee so why not tea Also some seats in the inside dinning room are far too low to enjoy eating . We had to ask for another table. I cannot fault the rest of my visit our room was fantastic and spa area great."

"Was disappointed in evening meal previous stay it was good this time was tasteless"

"Meget pent og hyggelig sted. Topp personlig service. Fantastisk frokost. Beliggenhet i rolig strøk, 10 min gange fra sentrum."

"Kondisi property yg sudah tua dan tidak kurang terawat, hari ke 2 kamar tidak dibersihkan dengan alasan kita belum membayar, kenapa pada saat check in tidak diminta untuk melakukan pembayaran? Halaman hotel yg berkerikil menyulitkan tamu yg membawa koper. Cukup jauh dari pusat kota dan keramaian. Tidak rekomen."

"Good parking good staff and a good bar"

"Really nice people and clean room!"
