"The Hotel was nice. Our room was for most parts. The bathroom was the worse of our stay. The bathroom was clean at all. The shower still had hair in it. The stank was nasty had old water stains in it."

The air was out, not working in the hallway. They had placed a box fan at the end of the long hallway. You would have thought this would have been communicated, but nothing was said to us so we were surprised. "This was our first time here, location is very conveniently close to shopping, restaurants and even the carnival port for cruisers. We stayed the night before our cruise for May16. Check in/out was east ave quick. I don’t remember the guys name who checked us in but he has great customer service.
