"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"Despite of the neighborhood crowd and noise, just entering hotel door is an entry to different world. The silent inside of the hotel and other patrons are quite friendly and nice. Four night stay at this hotel was a comfortable time as my good short summer vacation at here in mid Manhattan region."

"Definitely on of the more unique pod style experiences in such a historic hotel. Rooms were small but comfy and I definitely appreciated having a tv and air conditioner. Great food, shops, barber, etc within walking distance and its right across the street from the Hudson for beautiful water views. Would definitely stay here again."

"Came into nyc to see a show! Great location - close to coffee shops delis bars and restaurants. The room was very clean , a bit old school but I think that made It even more cozy. Staff was nice and helpful. Parking was convenient and affordable. "
