"It's convenient. It was clean, but older. Very impressed with how quiet the rooms were. We were in the second floor but it was quiet. The staff was amazing.. do yourself a favor and have a drink at the bar. The bartender- who is always there- is great "

"The location was perfect for NYC marathon and room made up very well for our second night. Elevator/room keys a bit of a pain to use 100% well. Many kept having problems accessing their floors. Dusting could be improved for the not so obvious surfaces of the room. Lastly…placing a desk and chair against a bed makes it practically impossible to use? And a mini fridge UNDER that desk? Tiny room layouts need work. "

"Loved the location of the hotel . Lobby was very welcoming & felt clean. I don’t have much complaints about the room other than the fact it’s out dated. I feel like renovations definitely need to happen to make the rooms fit the look of the lobby . My room was actually beautiful with a beautiful view but everything in it needs to be updated. Beds, bathrooms & decor. Over all stay was amazing, everything went very smooth. I was able to do an early check in. Everyone was helpful & very welcoming. "
