"The Russell was an awesome stay. It's a very modern way of lodging - everything is text and code driven. There isn't a reception desk or bell-hop, which I found refreshing. The place is beautiful with the old church decor like stained glass and exposed rafters but with really modern rooms with every amenity you need. I found the staff (via text) to be super receptive and helpful - I had a slight issue out of the control of anyone and they handled it perfectly. I would definitely stay there...

"My friends and I loved this property! Comfortable king sized bed. Decent size for being a studio. The unit was extremely clean. Did not hear any noise from outside or neighbors. One callout was the unit did not have any windows, but it didn’t bother us too much. Perfect spot if you want to go out on Broadway. Amazing restaurants nearby. Would come back again!"

"The only comment is that you have to go a flight of stairs up to get to loft, no elevator. Other that that a five star stay."

"It is a beautifully designed and very clean hotel everything was spotless in the hotel and in our room. I picked this hotel as it came highly recommended and I loved being able to swim laps everyday I was there. We also enjoyed a very good dinner in the restaurant one evening . I will definitely go back with my husband it was close to everything but not in the thick of Broadway St which suited us fine. One thing that would be nice as it is a high end hotel, if it had a spa! Highly recommend!!"

"We stayed at the suite to attend a concert at the Opry so we didn't look for local shopping or dining. We brought some snacks with us and the suite had every we needed to enjoy our snacks."

"This property is in a perfect location! It is away from the hustle and bustle of broadway in the quiet music row, but close enough to get back and forth for a fun night out. The suites are very clean with a great, modern pool! I was concerned about parking as we didn’t want to pay the high priced valet parking cost. Throughout our stay, there was ample street parking and much cheaper to just pay by phone."
