"My key would not let me in the 24 hour gym. I had to pay for coffee pods. No complimentary coffee or creamer in the lobby. No hot tub. The room did not come with a fridge or a microwave. I would have to have ordered it. The up side, the bar tender was friendly and attentive. The art show from the local college was fantastic. All staff were friendly and courteous. My room was clean. My bathroom was clean. It did not feel old or outdated. They had a nice selection for breakfast. I had a very good...

"This place was clean and the room was perfect. The only thing I would say was kinda of a pain is the elevator was slow. There was two elevators but only one was working. I assume the other one was a service elevator. I would definitely stay there again."

The only thing I have to say is that the housekeeping staff saw us leaving our room but she did not service our room in our 2 nights 3 days stay. I was looking forward for new towels but housekeeping didn’t stop by. Other than that everything was really good"

"Addie at the front desk was amazing!! We were early and my brothers room was ready and we were not anywhere close together but she worked and got us a joining room and I was also able to check in early. She was just so sweet and had a positive energy about her. She just made my day! When we checked out the guy at the front desk was also so nice. I didn’t get his name. Just a great group of people. The lady at the breakfast bar was also very nice. Loved by stay there!!😊"

"Rooms were dirty. In our first room 2 lamps were broken and the tv did not work. They gave is a new room and the tv only got 1 channel. The overall condition of the room was gross. "

"I have been travelled and stayed in many hotels, but Resident Inn has been on of the best so far. The best breakfast with multiple items. The friendly staffs and clean property as any location. The price was excellent for a studio for 5 adults! Love it!"
