"Always friendly staff and great service. Only thing I had trouble with was when we went to get pool towels at the front desk, we saw a basket full and reached in without knowing they were dirty and the front desk person did not stop us. Thankfully another employee was walking by and let us know that the towels were used so we managed to get clean ones. Breakfast is always great! Amenities always work good"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Henderson. We appreciated the on-site amenities and easy access to their private beach. The food was really good and the staff were also wonderful, especially the pool bar and beach staff. You can easily spend multiple days at this resort without going offsite. I also appreciated the proximity to the park next door and many good restaurants within close driving distance. We will be back!"

The pictures of the property dont match current conditions, it is screaming for a remodeling at least in the rooms, 1st night when we checked in sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed, and the staff was really understanding and changed is to another room. However, there were several significant issues with the room. It smelled strongly of marijuana when we arrived, and although we requested a different room, we were told none were available.
