"This is unusual property. Essentially it is a private flat that has been made into a rental property. You enter the property from the street and there are multiple private owners in the building. On the Ada floor, you open the door and enter through into the homes living area. The rooms are down the hall. When you wake in the morning, the dining room table is set for your breakfast. The other couples are also at the table. It is nice to meet others from around the world. Breakfast is top notch....

"Paolo and Alvis were especially helpful at check in and check out. But every single person at the reception is fantastic, it’s 24 hours you hand in your key they take care of it until you’re back whenever you want to come. Housekeeping was great and the room was incredibly clean. The area is quiet: mostly student and residential and is a 10 min walk from the metro station Bologna which connects you to Roma Termini (central station) in case you want to do day trip away from Rome, the Colosseum...

"It was no communication between me and the staff it took me almost two hours to get in no staff to talk to and i got kids and luggage it was too hot it was trouble it was bad bad bad and they charged me different fees than i was supposed to pay( $82) they charged me (96 euros) which is wrong I just owed them $82 only , i had a bad experience with them"

"Jeg var meget glad for værelset, småt men fungerede ok. Eneste problem var, at det var blevet køligere vejr, end da jeg var der sidst. Jeg fik udleveret tæpper, som desværre ikke var helt så rart, som lidt højere temperatur i rummet. Håndklæderne i badeværelset tørrede ikke fra dag til dag pga. den manglende opvarmning."
