"Loved the waters in our rooms! Food was good at breakfast except mixed fruit. Loved lighted mirrors in the bathroom."

"The room looked kinda clean, I wish I had a UV light to check, showers pressure was so hard it could take your skin off, I like good pressure but not with a nozzle of streams spread out on a calcified shower head. The staff upon arrival was an acquired taste as she was more concerned about being on her phone then being polite and checking me in or even just talking to me. Same with the one I checked out with on the way out. Breakfast was not good, I have no intention to ever stay there again, I would rather stay at a Super 8 or Red roof inn."

"There was a huge dead bug on the windowsill. Room was very outdated. The shower leaked so you had to listen to dripping water all night. There is a restaurant beside it and the parking lot was right behind the room. At 2 am they had someone in a big truck making a delivery. The truck was extremely loud. Trash in the parking lot was overflowing. Great price but probably will not stay there again."

"Loved the quiet room great bed and cozy sheets we enjoyed the 24 hr coffee and the breakfast in the morning was very good, the yogurt machine was great! We liked the 24 hr hot tub and indoor pool and the friendly staff."

"The hotel’s location was great and very convenient. However, the breakfast was disappointing—most of it tasted like frozen food, and even the ice cream tasted old. Our sheets had chocolate stains on them, and we had to request new ones, which wasn’t a great experience. One downside was that not all the slides were open at the same time. They rotate them, which was frustrating since we have kids in different age groups. It would have been much better if all the slides were open so everyone could enjoy them together. That said, the waterpark itself was very nice and enjoyable overall."

"The hotel room was generally dirty coming from someone who has cleaned them before. There was a dirt ring around the toilet and the shower curtain was falling off the wall and the floor was sticky. Otherwise, we had nice clean sheets, comfortable bed and pillows, and a staff was extremely nice upon check-in and checkout. Would return for staff, would not return for room."
