"Great location, clean rooms and helpful staff. Rooms are very small, slightly larger than a cruise ship cabin, but it is New York. The bathrooms are also very tiny and tight. The bathrooms also have opaque glass on the sliding door that opens right onto the King Bed, which woke my wife up when I would get up to run in the morning. "Location was good, hotel was clean, most staff was nice and helpful, bed was comfortable, luggage hold was helpful when needed. Room was smaller than depicted in the photos. Read the fine print, in terms of extra fees. Breakfast is not included, just offered for an additional fee."

"Great location to Broadway shows & Time Square. Coffee shop downstairs and speakeasy are great, awesome food! Our main issue is the noise. The walls are paper thin, we could hear the conversation of the people next door. At finally called front desk at 11:30pm and they did nothing about it (they said they would call their room but they didn’t). The room was “surface” clean but needed a lot of extra TLC. For $800, it wasn’t worth it even in NY."

"the manager, Jamie, was very rude to us. The check-in process was a disaster, with the staff not being able to promptly handle even a modest line of clients (three couples, including us. The staff also never told us that there was major construction works going on. Terrible stay !"
