"This was an excellent hotel to stay in for a visit to New York. Located less than a minute’s walk from Times Square and close to subway stations. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was clean and homely. I would highly recommend this hotel if coming to see The Big Apple! "

"Brilliant location for shopping and Times Square. Great black out curtains and street wasn’t too noisy. I asked for a view which I got. Very clean with comfortable bed and lovely bathroom, including shower gel and shampoo etc. Really friendly helpful staff and a great coffee machine and water fill station. I was so pleased with everything, it made my first visit to New York a very positive one."

Traveling to NYC with my daughter, I wanted something that felt both comfortable and memorable—and this exceeded every expectation. The location is absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to so many iconic spots and easily access everything we wanted to do, yet it still felt calm and removed from the chaos when we came back to the hotel. "Well equipped room .. it had everything we needed. There are a lot of light switches so it’s confusing at night to try to put them all out. AC is good but very noisy. The gym is open 24 hours and is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used. "

"The hotel was clean and in a good location. My room did not have hot water. It was very late and I was exhausted. I reported th issue in the morning, four hours before checkout and it was not fixed. Imagine no hot water for a bath, shower, or to wash hands. No attempt to was made to remedy the situation by the hotel or the third party app it was booked through."
