Great hotel, room was very spacious. The hotel staff was friendly. The only problem was TV placement in the room... Couldn't see it well from the couch or the bed, it was stuck on a stand in the corner. Everything else was great.

The bed was SO uncomfortable, there was hair in all of the dresser drawers, the sofa had stains all over it. Definitely not a place I would recommend or stay at again.

Loved how close to shopping and dining the hotel was. Amenities were nice! Room was beautiful, but could have been a bit cleaner. The breakfast was good. Staff service was friendly and prompt. Overall a really good place to stay!

The pool area is very slippery. It has a very smooth tile that when wet is like walking on ice. Also we got locked in the pool are twice because the doors would not release.

Clean and satisfactory for an overnight stay if you plan on visiting the town of Frankenmuth. Nice location. I like the suite style rooms with small separate sitting area. Walkable to all the downtown shopping and restaurants.

We would not stay here again. The lighting in the room is very dull, the carpet is outdated and a bit grungy, the shower pressure is horrible and takes forever to get even warm, and the beds/pillows were horribly uncomfortable. Both my husband and I woke up multiple times through the night, then we’re both so stiff in the morning. You will also hear every step someone takes in the rooms above you. The pool has way too much chemicals in it. All of our eyes started burning almost immediately after getting in, and we were not the only ones complaining of it. We stayed about 20 minutes and left. The breakfast is average, we ended up opting out and going else where. The staff was okay. Check in was a lot nicer than check out. At check out she didn’t speak a word to us besides telling us we’re all set. Just overall not worth the price we paid to stay and would advise everyone to stay somewhere else.

Snowfest 2024
This was our second stay for Snowfest, we stayed in 2022 as well. The hotel stay was as expected, room was great, staff was great, breakfast was meh. However my issue is parking. The hotel does not patrol their parking lot on the busiest weekend of the year, to ensure there is space for their incoming guests. There were NO parking spaces AT ALL. If I am spending +$300 a night, I expect to be able to park my vehicle in their lot. When we stayed in 2022 there was someone patrolling the lot. I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

Close to EVERYTHING!
Nice, clean hotel within walking distance of all shopping and restaurants. Great location! Free breakfast setup is terrible and doesn't flow well. Walked across the street and paid for breakfast as the eating area was too small for the amount of people there.

Great hotel.
Our room was comfortable. The only thing we could have used was another tv. The tv was positioned in-between the two sections of the room and there wasn't any space that was comfortable to watch it. It would have been nice to have two separate tv's. But other than that, the pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was great. Close to walking downtown and enjoying the local atmosphere and shops.

Very close to downtown. Can't get much better as far as location to all the shops and chicken dinner. The place looked old on the iinside and in some areas- dirty. Great bed, service, and pool. But the walls are paper thin and if your neighbor wants to talk and party all night, your screwed.: ( Hope this helps!

Smell like skunk
The hotel was fine overall. The main issue was the smell of marijuana in the bathroom. Clearly someone in the room next to us was smoking. There was bo bathroom fan, so the smell leached through the heating vents.

Room 223 had stains on the floor in front of the sink that looked like blood. The couch was dirty and needed cleaned bad! The hot tub needed some deep cleaning as well. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was ok.

Hotel was very convenient and accessible. Once we got inside the room the first thing we noticed was hair, crumbs, and stains on the couch. The shower would not produce hot water at 8 pm which was very disappointing after such a cold day out. When I stepped into the shower the bottom was covered In a sandy texture, I’m very happy I didn’t try to start with a bath. There was also hair over the shower pump bottles that were empty because I tried to use the body soap but nothing was in there. After the tv had been left on for over a hour it smelled of overwhelming burning so we couldn’t stay in the room without at least running the ac not on. Could add more but overall just disappointed
