I got a call from the airport and said my card was there. The airport was 11 miles away. I took an Uber to the hotel. Got there. Realize my credit card was missing the owner of the hotel. "The room did not lock, so any one could walk in from the hallway. We happily locked with dead bolts and took our entire luggage and everything with us each day! Looked online and found out this is against the law, to have a door that does not lock. So not staying here again, which is unfortunate because it was a nice hotel. It was very scary knowing the first night anyone could have walked in."

"The hotel was very convenient and the staff has been very helpful and friendly! I had changed my date of check in with Expedia weeks before arrival and had a confirmation of it, but unfortunately they somehow didn’t change it with the hotel and my room was canceled, but thankfully the hotel called me as I was traveling there and held the room for me, they were amazing."

"When checking in staff was on phone stayed on phone for 10 minutes before finally completing call and then checked us in. When I expressed that I was a little upset by the wait they said check in was at 3 and she was on phone. Not the best response to customer. Also did not realize that you now had to ask for the room to be cleaned during our 2 day stay. "

"Staff unprofessional. No one was at desk waiting 10 minutes to check in because staff was outside smoking. Staff had no name tags an was dressed as if they were coming from a construction site. Room was not throughly clean and there was no remote to TV. I called front desk and he had to bring me one. Continental breakfast was scarce. Also there is a charge for incidentals and I was not told when this charge will be removed from my credit card. I would not stay here again"
