"The hotel was nice and the pools were clean. It was in a beautiful location and gives a very chill vibe. The problem is, you’d always have to wait for the buggy service which isn’t always available if you want to go anywhere from the lobby, or you’d have to walk up a hill. We also had a problem with the phone in the room, it never worked and the workers never did anything about it. We couldn’t reach the front desk unless we physically go talk to them in the lobby. "At the end of the day, you need to ask yourself. Are you in Phuket to look at all the attractions or do you intend to stay at your resort for the entire stay. If it’s the latter, then you might want to look for another resort as this one lacks a beach front, various activities for the kids to do and so forth. "The hotel is very cute and feels authentically Thai. The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant on the property had delicious food. The hotel also offers a shuttle to the downtown area several times a day. I did feel that the property was a bit expensive, as it is slightly dated. It may have been more costly due to the Chinese new year… However, the staff made up for it, they made us feel very welcomed. Overall happy with our stay and would recommend.
