"We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay at the hotel. The room was very bright, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The pool/spa was great and not too overcrowded when we went at 4pm. The changing rooms looked brand new and kept very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast, the buffet was delicious. The only criticism was that a breakfast menu was offered anlongside the buffet for things like eggs on toast etc. We ordered avocado and poached egg on toast and it took 35 minutes to...

"I travel the uk every week and stay in a lot of hotels. I can honestly recommend this hotel. Friendly owners. Room is clean and had all the amenities. Great price, and a great breakfast within the price. I’ll be staying here again when I’m in Yarmouth. Superb!"

"All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day, including fresh bed linen. The food was delicious. We had a large room with a sea view, which was wonderful to wake up to. "

" Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. "
