"This was the perfect place for us to stay for our trip to the Big 10 women’s basketball championship! It was within walking distance of Gainbridge Fieldhouse and many restaurants. There was a Dollar General around the corner and a good jogging route down to the canal area and around the canal. The room was clean and this place was so quiet! If I had not seen people at breakfast I would have thought we were the only ones staying there! The breakfast was good with cold and hot options and there was an indoor heated pool and an exercise room. Just perfect for our stay in Indy! "

"With all the one-way streets in Indy, it was VERY difficult to find the entrance to the hotel."

"Staff were extremely friendly; rooms were super clean. My only complaint, and I'm sure it was out of the hotel's hands, but the whole reason we booked this hotel was because of the convenience for attending Supercross. Last time we stayed for Supercross (2023), it was so nice to be able to use the Skywalk and walk indoors (sheltered from the weather) from our hotel to the convention center and then to Lucas Oil Stadium. This time (unbeknown to us), the Skywalk and the Convention Center were closed so we had to walk in the rain to get to the stadium... that was kinda disappointing. But, otherwise, we had a great stay."

"Older hotel that has been refurbished in downtown Indy. Nice accommodations and comfortable rooms. Worked out well as we were within walking distance of Gainbridge Arena and did not need a vehicle for transportation. There are some questionable nightclubs near the hotel so I would not recommend walking by yourself later on at night. That was the only issue for staying here. Otherwise a nice staff and great hotel! "

"The “free” breakfast options were minimal, unappetizing, and not at all tasty; we ended up purchasing breakfast elsewhere. The usb charger outlet did not work (we tried several of our charger cords — it was the outlet), and despite the registration staff telling me that parking was free if I waived my room key in front of the payment sensor/scanner, it (also) did not work, and I had to pay an additional $50 to get my car out of their “complimentary” garage. Overall, an incredibly expensive, very mediocre stay. We won’t be staying there again. "

"Very very disappointed with the bar. We got back from a big Iowa basketball win. Wanted to celebrate , the bartendar was AWEFUL. We waited an unacceptable time to get our drinks as did others but he made sure people at the bar already drinking got served. No acknowledgement to us or anything. He knew damn well we were waiting. It was ridiculous. Tables were not cleared off. For a relatively higher end hotel this little bar was a joke. Very disappointed. "
