"Poorly maintained, shabby looking , and dramatically overpriced by Expedia. The elevator was filthy, there were piles of bedding lying in the hallway for more than one day and the bathroom tub had rust stains. The continental breakfast buffet was skimpy and inedible. Overall this is a low budget hotel that should be avoided."

"We very much liked the suite we had which was in a quiet area of the building. Breakfast was very good. Would stay again."

"Hotel website stated they had a breakfast buffet but it was not available. They were short staffed and it took forever to receive utensils, a menu, and never had Hot coffee. The staff made it known to everyone that they only had one cook and it would be over 45 minutes before you would receive your food. Management needs to do a better job at managing staffing needs when you are running a large hotel."

"Room was very outdated for the price, bathroom ceiling was falling apart, paint peeling, water stains from years ago, was not a good site to see! Checked in after midnight with my 3 week old and 1 year old, room lights didn’t work so went back downstairs to change rooms, 2nd room the tv didn’t work, next morning made it clear that this was not ok so I was moved to ANOTHER room, 3rd in less than 24 hours, 3rd room was better but still not great or cozy, carpet was disgusting, phone and alarm...

"For what I paid a night to stay there my toilet paper should not be sitting on the bathroom counter because the holder for it is broken. Also, every time my husband or I would roll over you could hear the springs in the bed squeak!! We woke each other up all night just by rolling over in the loud bed! I have stayed in many hotels and never had a noisy bed."

"The most enjoyable encounter during this stay was our interaction with Michelle, manager of the breakfast cafe. Her service was excellent, and she was pleasant and attentive to our every need. The breakfast was delicious, the area was inviting. We greatly appreciated her service. Check in was good, as well, and check out also.
