"This is a 2-3 star hotel presenting itself as a 5 star hotel. The property is run down, the rooms are small and the parking is $55 a day. The location is great but it’s not worth the price. Stay so where else."

"This hotel was located centrally to our trip both for the French Quarter and food. JazzFest transport busses came directly to the front door. Very convenient that Cafe Beignet is connected to the hotel as this is where we ate before heading to the JazzFest each morning and had wonderfully fresh beignets later in the evening when we felt hungry. Hotel staff were very friendly as are most people in New Orleans. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Nice view of the Riverside from our room. Liked the bar and music that were located in the front lobby. Wonderful stay."

"Great location, right in the middle of the French quarters with easy access to the trolley and cab service. No refrigerator or microwave in the room and maids did not have refills for coffee and creamers. Outdoor pool outside on the third floor roof, pool needed up keep as water was cloudy and cold. Nice place to hang to bring your own drinks."

"Bathroom faucet didn’t work well. Overall, old building was maintained very well and the stuff were very nice."
