"Dirty, no one to clean my room and no elevator had to walk the stairs was on the 3rd floor.. and the walls are very thin I heard when the room next to me got into the shower and flushed toilet and heard their conversations. Was their for 5 days with trash built up in my room due to have 2 kids and also 2 adults.. had the same sheets bad pillows for the whole 5 days smh "

"Booked 2 rooms but the ended up on different floors. Spent the weekend riding the elevator between the two floors. One room was exceptionally clean and the other was not. Can tell that who cleaned the room i was in was just trying to through their job. The room had an odor, there was hair on the toilet and in the tub, and some weird substance on the door (not sure if it was blood, poop or chocolate. Didnt care to findout). Was told couldn't switch rooms because of limited availability. Good thing i tend to bring my own cleaning gear and cleaned the room myself while my family went to dinner. Frontend staff was very polite and offered to change rooms in the morning once people checked out but once i spent the time cleaning the whole room, thought it would be pointless."
