"It was refreshing to be greeted by friendly, efficient and professional staff at check in. The room was more than we expected, very modern, clean, very comfortable bed and linen and appreciated the complimentary bottles of water each day, high quality toiletries and huge, soft bath towels. Was a little disappointed we had to ask for a bath mat and milk wasn't replenished but we got some from reception."

I could even go to the Marks and Spencer shop to grab my mini dinner. The bed was comfortably relaxing. Don't feel bad when a room is small. I really like this room."
