"Very nice hotel so convenient to departures from terminal 5"

"Close proximity to the terminals and tube transfer for next flight. Couldn’t have been easier!"

"Room was OK and room service was OK. Some of the items for the breakfast were either cold or stale. Edible but not ideal. Shuttle to Heathrow is very convenient."

"Drunk male receptionist took ages to check us in , then given me a room I haven’t book . I have booked one family large room 145 - two green standing single beds and double bed room and I was given one double bed , one single and pull out of this bed to sleep on the floor type matrasse bed , when I questioned this he said that I was suppose to be told this when booked - nonsense I booked via this page with photos of the room - freestanding two single beds !!!"

"I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors."

"It's not the first time I've stayed at Frimley Hall, and it certainly won't be the last. As always, I received a lovely warm welcome when checking in. Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated. Another great stay from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team—I look forward to returning again soon!"

"No air conditioning on site in the room, windows barely opened, they did not have enough fans, so were unable to provide any to us, during a heatwave. Room had no mini fridge; no hot water to shower with across multiple rooms as all complained about the same things during time of a wedding event."

"Fun vibe. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed, however the comforter was really noisy, like crinkling plastic every time someone rolled over."

"I was double charged for breakfast on day one, still waiting for refund to cr card. It's only 12.5 pounds, but it was assured that it would be refunded if my stay included breakfasts"

"I had a two day stopover before flying to Vancouver; and this was the ideal location, virtually in terminal 5. If I was to do the same again, this is where I would choose to stay."
