"Excellent value, location and amenities. Highly recommend!"

"It is where students stay, so is only available during their vacation times.The room was very basic but very clean and very reasonably priced. The TV in our room was not connected to anything and you couldn't cast to it - so you would need to use an HDMI cable to connect and we stopped carrying that a long time ago. The location was less than 10 minutes drive away from the Tallships Landing."

"I didn't like the every other day housekeeping. Also it posted the beds as queen size but it felt like double beds."

"This is a great choice for a stay in Gananoque. Quaint motel right off the highway. The rooms have been freshly renovated and were extremely spacious and clean. The owners are clearly working on improvements yet keeping the motel family friendly feel. We stayed for 3 nights and will return!"

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, very much! Very clean and tidy— my room and the main entrance to the hotel. Spacious room, especially the bathroom. The window blinds were excellent keeping out the morning daylight. The location of the hotel was so convenient being just off the highway, yet I didn’t notice any highway sounds. Having a gas station, a MacDonalds, Dollarama, grocery store and Canadian Tire in close proximity was an added bonus! Would definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"Due to leaving our previous days stay a day early we booked the hotel in a hurry. The lady at the desk was very nice. The property itself, for whatever reason is not maintained. Parking lot a mess, no outside maintenance done and a closed pool. I did look at the room which was recently updated. The entrance way to the room was very dirty and anyone from outside the facility could get into the building. Staying with my granddaughter, I did not feel that I nor she would be able to sleep. "The room was not very clean, and we were disappointed with the size and quality for the price. The pullout couch was not functional, but the actual couch was grungy so we decided it wasn’t an option either. The fridge was not plugged in when we arrived, and when we did turn it on, it did not work well enough for our food to keep. We were disappointed with this stay, I would advise spending the extra money and going elsewhere."

"Wonderful boutique hotel! We didn't see any staff while we were there. You are just given a code to use to enter the building and your suite, but we didn't have any trouble. We loved the way the suite was designed and decorated! We stayed in the "Wall" suite that has a king bed in a loft and bunk beds, kitchen and table on the lower level. Everything was lovely. "Overall an excellent experience. We were very pleased with our choice of accommodation. Staff were lovely and the room was spacious. Towels could have been nicer and the bed a bit softer, but we would still happily return here. We were grateful that our room was on the ground floor with a direct entrance, so easy to unload"
