"The staff were so friendly. My mom and I were on a road trip with two toddlers and a 6 year old. The lady at the front desk dropped off a pack and play with a cute little fitted sheet for us to use even though I had packed our own it was so thoughtful. The place was clean, well maintained, we felt safe and the bed was so comfortable! The shower and bath was spacious enough to fit all three littles in at once. "I like the convenience that it is near Park n go. I don't like that there is always odors. Elevators smell like they were mopped after the restroom. (Urine,) The hallways and rooms smell heavy like they use Carpet Fresh."

"Loved the facilty...clean, roomy, plenty of amenities and affordable. My only complaint is I was told to call for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport, which took 15 minutes and several calls before I was finally able to get through to anyone."
