The location near seaport and convenience store , Lawson . We stay a Japanese style room was a nice and clean . You can see a retro Japanese style bath tub and bathroom . My son and I have a good experience !"

"The staff could barely speak English. When I arrived at 2 pm I couldn’t get my room and was not even offered to rest at the lounge. It was a rainy day and I had to kill time outside until 3 pm. Also I wasn’t told that the vanity essentials were located at the front desk and that caused inconvenience during the time I stayed at this hotel. I didn’t eat there and cannot comment on food quality but I appreciated the free and good quality coffee."

"The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff were polite and helpful. The ferry service to and from Miyajima was convenient and the views around the property were beautiful.
However, the rooms felt quite dated and in need of renovation. There was also a noticeable smell throughout the room and parts of the hotel, which affected the overall comfort of our stay. Given the price, I expected more modern accommodations and a fresher atmosphere.

"Location: Ideal for a stay in Hiroshima. You can easily walk to main sites or take transit which is situated in the main train station. Lots of restaurants and shops within a short walk. Hotel: Very clean and new and has a nice breakfast buffet included. Had a room with a nice view over the city and the mountains. "This is an authentic Japanese Ryokan, where you sleep on mats on the floor. We used three mats each to be comfortable. The room was spacious. The bathroom is immaculate and we loved using the onsen or hot bath. The Japanese breakfast was absolutely delicious and included a great variety of foods. The staff was gracious and very helpful.
