"Hotel communication was excellent on booking. Check in time is 4.00pm however you can leave your luggage and use the facilities before this time. We arrived at 11.30am and did the initial reception check in as our room wasn't ready the receptionist took our number to let us know when it would be. We were very pleased that they called us at 1.30pm to say our room was ready. We had a second floor pool view room. It was very spacious, exceptionally clean with great air-conditioning. "Myself and partner had a wonderful stay and can't really complain about anything, the rooms are basic but spacious (bedroom, living room and bathroom) clean with a well maintained. The food choice was excellent, fresh and with plenty of variety. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach, and plenty of shops bars and restaurants.. although Costa Calma is more on the quite side, there are still plenty of activities around to do and see. "

"Diamond of a hotel at a good price. Lovely pool area, fab sea views, great little friendly bar, supermarket on site who make pizzas for €4.50, the most comfortable queen bed I’ve slept in, new fluffy towels, fab rainfall shower, basic room but all you need. Will be back."

"Lovely hotel with great rooms and nice breakfasts. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a great beach just outside with cheap umbrella and sunbed hire too. We had a very relaxing stay."
