"The hotel feels a bit aged, but it is in a very convenient location. VIP access includes free parking; however, we had to bring it up myself to avoid being charged. The experience would be improved if the staff could proactively check on parking and briefly introduce the VIP perks during check-in. ..."

"Perfect location, just a few minutes’ walk from Hakata Station. Be sure to use Exit 18, which leads directly beside the hotel and is especially convenient on rainy days. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family of three or four. Breakfast offered a wide selection, including udon and ramen. ..."
