"It was not a pleasant check in as the staff wait till dot checking time and then accepted the people arrived later, on the pretext the room are getting ready. However upon checking found the water kettle was not clean and some hairs on the bath tub, which I was not expecting on the shower tray."

"The location of the hotel was perfect as it was very close to York Station and very accessible when moving suitcases. There was a nice breakfast in the morning at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and took suitcases to be stored while tourists walked around York."
