"Check in for the apartment was at The Lisbon Wine Hotel next door. We were able to leave our luggage until we could gain access as we had arrived early. Staff at the hotel (both reception and bar staff) were really friendly and helpful and we were even offered a complimentary check-in wine/beer which was a lovely touch. "After a very lengthy research on hotels, we decided to book this hotel and we were not disappointed. This is a very beautiful hotel in a very central convenient location. Hotel itself is beautiful but it is the staff that made our stay exceptional. Front desk staff are amazing , from the time we checked in and checked out, they took very good care of us. They helped us with all our questions and provided multiple recommendations. Definitely recommend this place when you are in Lisbon 10/10. "
