"This is the only hotel we stay at when we’re in Lisbon. It is beautiful, a palace after all, the rooms are spotless and we feel that the bathroom is the best you can find, being attractive, functional and very spacious. The breakfast is excellent and we have dined at the restaurant which was a first-class experience. The staff are very friendly and professional, The location is unbeatable, close to everything, we rate this hotel 10/10 "
