"Accidentally put me in nicer room, had to move to a room in front of elevator-lots of chatter outside my door. Sunday dinner was mediocre. The staff was wonderful. I am very impressed that the owners restored this fabulous building. It adds beauty and sophistication to a troubled party of town. Overall: conveniently located. Plaza side room for peace and quiet."

"The staff was very helpful and made the check-in and check out process simple. Building was very nice and clean. Room was great for a the large group of us, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and the pullout couch. That being said, a large group on the top floor posed a bit of a challenge with the 2 person elevator. Getting everyone and their luggage up and down from the 5th floor was slightly inconvenient. Location provided a lovely view of Lisbon from many private balconies and was only a short...

"Only stayed for one night thankfully, but had a bad night. The shower needed caulking cause the floor got flooded from a shower and although the AC worked and cool the room, it kept waking me up when the vents moved. The breakfast was alright."

"After a very lengthy research on hotels, we decided to book this hotel and we were not disappointed. This is a very beautiful hotel in a very central convenient location. Hotel itself is beautiful but it is the staff that made our stay exceptional. Front desk staff are amazing , from the time we checked in and checked out, they took very good care of us. They helped us with all our questions and provided multiple recommendations. Definitely recommend this place when you are in Lisbon 10/10. "

"Fantastic hotel! Lovely boutique vibes. Rooms immaculate and chic as is the property as a whole. Lots of thought have gone in to the aesthetics and how the theme follows through. Lovely rooftop pool area and cute library as well snug. Breakfast is fantastic. Staff could not be more helpful and accommodating. In a nice area, a little walk from the hubbub but we prefer that. "
