"Es una buena opción para la zona donde está… hay muy buena atención de los empleados, está limpio y en una buena zona, solo la habitación es muy pequeña (normal por la zona en la que está), y no es un hotel tan cómodo para estancia larga, pero para pocas noches funciona bien.
Algo a tomar en cuenta es que en la habitación con una cama y 1 baño, hay poca privacidad entre el baño y el resto de la habitación, por lo que solo lo recomendaría para parejas.
En general creo que es una buena opción...

"The rooms were very poorly laid out and didn’t have any glasses, fridge, shower door c shower storage, or extra pillows. We asked for pillows three times and never received any. The hotel staff was not polite and seemed bothered when approached. Worst part was the smoke detector was set off by the shower steam and we had to change rooms at 10pm. No accommodation apology was offered and they spoke to us as if it inconvenienced them. the location was the only positive."

"Beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood. Very quiet, very comfortable room. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and that was lovely! There is massive construction going on at the building next door so we were woken up at 8am by drilling etc, but we were out and about all day so it wasn’t too much of a bother. "The hotel is fine overall, my low rating is from the room they gave us. This room was in some remote part of the hotel, it had very low ceilings, a very narrow window with view to garbage bins. The room was claustrophobic, no access without stairs. I think it’s disgraceful that the hotel has such type of room. And, on Saturday night you could hear and feel the music from a nearby club."

"I was only in London for 2 nights one day and wanted to be close to Paddington train station - I booked the small double as its only me and I wanted to keep my $ for the rest of the trip.
It's hard to rate this place- staff were all very lovely and helpful, location is excellent, room very clean and for the tiny space was well thought out, bed comfy and I could open the windows which is great I have sleeping in aircon.

"The penthouse had a sofa bed that had a horrible mattress and the bed made loud noises even with slight movement. Couldn’t sleep all night and woke up with backache and a headache. The lady at the front desk was rolling her eyes at the other guests. Not worth the money. Worst bed I have ever slept on, the view from the penthouse was also not good."

"The location of the property is great but the rooms are not good. The room was dusty and had a strange smell. The conditioner was missing in my room. There are water refill stations outside near the elevator which took forever to refill. For a 4 star hotel they charge to use an umbrella, which no other hotels do. The hotel is not worth the price "
