"Big hotel, walking distance from Waterloo station, in a busy built up area.
We had some small issues during our stay, but overall it was satisfactory.
We had water flooding from our ceiling, and I called reception to report it. An hour later no one had arrived so I reported it again on my way out. By the time I returned that evening it had been fixed.
The AC wouldn't go colder than 22 degrees in our rooms. It was 33 degrees in London that week, so it was very warm overnight.

"One of the most interesting experiences I've ever had in a hotel. The pods' size was spacious enough for a person to sleep comfortably and keep their belongings.
