"The hotel itself is a 2 start hotel. Small but clean. The reason I would recommend this Hotel is Naoki who greeted up and checked us in. He was so nice and helpful during our 4 night stay. He made us feel at home. Also, the location is superb. Just two short stops from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku Station. Around the hotel at Hatagaya Station are convenience Stores, and reasonably prices restaurants. "

"Amazing location, small room but clean, maybe some cat pee smell in carpets? I would definitely recommend removal of any carpet inside the room and replace with vinyl floors, delicious breakfast, service, free water, quiet room I would definitely go back ! "

"Staff was super friendly, 3 restaurants to choose from in the building, plus a 7-11 in the lower floor. Shinigawa station just a 5 minute walk away. Amazing view of Tokyo tower at night on the higher floors. Outside scenery around the hotel courtyard was a great bowtie on the end of our trip to Japan"

"The only thing is the hotel is kind of hard to find when you coming for first time and coming on the metro station but other then that’s I will use it again on my next trip to Japan."
