"The location is very convenient, not far from other hotels I've booked. This has far brighter, cleaner rooms. The teal-colored yukata for sleeping are adorable. They provided some snacks and herbal tea, as well. Like most small hotels in Shibuya, even my double room iwas cramped. It is perfect for one person, but a double would not suit two people very well. Two things that impressed me was that they had an actual workstation desk. The other is that in addition to Chromecast, they also had an HDMI port readily available that I could use for Zooom. The front desk folks were helpful and friendly, as well. "

"The Cerulean Tower Hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean and the king beds are huge and comfortable. The bathroom was modern with a soaking tub and great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast buffet has a huge selection and made mornings easy. The staff was wonderful, super polite and attentive and we never had to wait for anything (check in, concierge, bags, etc.) The hotel is conveniently located less than a 10 min walk from Shibuya Scramble. As a bonus our kids’ room had a view of Mt Fuji! I would highly recommend the Cerulean!"

"This hotel is in very conveniently located to shopping and other Shabuya sites. The hotel is rundown and showing signs of its age. The staff was very nice and helpful. There is a coffee shop in the lobby, which we didn’t try but seemed to be doing good business. "

"Old hotel, bathroom was moldy and tight. The room is super tiny. If you are looking for just a room to sleep only, it can work. If you think you are going to fit 4 people even kids in a room of 4, you will be disappointed. Close to the train but not worth it."
