"I have booked this property several times and stayed and never had any of the issues that I had during this stay. To begin there was six of us divided by three rooms. One of the rooms was paid for in advance and the other two chose to pay at the property which we had to pay extra money to do so. Around 6 o'clock the day of check-in, the property call saying that if we did not pay by 7 o'clock, they were going to cancel the room. I never had an issue with paying when I arrived at the property so...

"The breakfast food was not very good. The breakfast area was kind of dirty. There were probably a couple of hundred people going through there touching the tongs, but there was not a single hand sanitizer to be found. And this was at the height of flu season. Pretty gross. "

"Called 2 weeks prior to request early check in. It was granted and even followed up the day prior to arrival to confirm. It was confirmed. Also they confirmed our truck woukd fit in valet parking. Upon arrival early check in was not available, we had to pay extra to upgrade to a room that was available or wait with our luggage 5 hours to get in original room. Our truck did not fit in their valet parking, so we had to park in the structure a few blocks down the street and walk back to the...

"Arrived to an overcrowded lobby, with no luggage carts, and one broken elevator. Asked the front desk to send up wine glasses, they agreed and never did. Shower was full of scum, tiles were stained, one of the soap dispensers was ripped off the wall, and the shower leaked on the floor. We ordered food in, and nobody was at the desk to give it to us when I went down. In the morning, something exploded outside at 7am, and then there was a bunch of yelling. The cops showed up later to deal with it....

"The hotel was very clean but it smells old. It didn't affect my stay but it could use some updating. However, the staff was absoluting amazing and helpful. My son said it's pretty cool and we should visit again. Drury will be my first choice wherever I travel. They serve breakfast and dinner. They didn't mind me asking for extra to take for lunch the next day. The hotel is across the street from Union Station and the Aquarium. The metro is just across the parking lot of Union Station.
