"Très bien quand on doit dormir près de l hôpital erasme pour une hospitalisation de son conjoint. Le prix de la chambre est quand même cher."

"The hotel room was clean, basic standard hotel. No extras such as kettle etc. There was an issue upon arrival meaning there was a significant delay in checking in people. With only one member of staff, doing the best she could, it was still quite a long wait. The hotel could benefit from online pre-checkin. The hotel was ok in every respect, close to the train station and central Brussels however it’s very much of a budget hotel. The value for money was good."

"Decent room and easy to get into station"

"I love this hotel as it is newer, clean, beautiful views and lounge! The gym is wonderful and so is the spa. The staff at front were very friendly and helpful. However my only issue was the communication after booking was very frustrating. The hotel kept saying they would charge us 70euros a day for a cot when we never requested one and kept saying in msgs that we do not need one. At checkin, they said they’d remove the charge seeing we didn’t need a cot, and at check out it was still listed and...

"Beautiful, clean but tied "

"The check in was quite long and the guy left the position while I was waiting for my key...then another lady came and gave me a key...When I arrived at the room I found out that someone else was already there....I had to go back to reception and start again... when finally I was in "my" room the wifi did not work at all...I waited half an hour without success....only in the following morning quite early the wifi worked"

"The bedroom was great , lovely decor & a very comfortable bed BUT the bathroom was clearly in need of a major refurbishment - it was extremely dated and in poor condition - the shower attachment was in the bath but the tiled side of the bath was so high that I could not get in to have a shower. There were 2 sinks but one only had a dribble of water coming out. The finish on the tiling around the sinks and the boarding behind the toilet seat were clearly suffering from wear and tear. "Enjoyable weekend break, hotel had all we needed, just a short walk to the #81 & #82 trams, and a good choice at breakfast."

"Nice enough little hotel and the staff were excellent and the location was good. Comfy bed and the only niggles that I had were the ironing board and the TV didn't get a reception but I was only there for a couple of days so no huge problem. I would definitely consider staying there again the next time I am in Brussels"
