"I had a great stay at Alekos Apartments. The room was spacious and well kept with daily housekeeping available, excellent value for money, and Faisal was a pleasant host with lots of great tips about navigating the city. I personally liked the location being in a quiet residential area away from the tourist centre, and it is well connected through local metro and train stations within a 5-minute walk."

"Was a good area, not a tourist area so you got more local prices of places to eat and shop, close enough to walk to the tourist attractions or take the bus. Athens is a big metropolis city so you have the typical big city issues, like traffic, street work, homeless people. Overall good stay"

"It is a tired old apartment, but very affordable. Shower is a little dodgy. Just a block from the metro station and four stops from the acropolis and Agora restaurant district. Bedroom was quiet."

"The property is located in a residential area about 750 metres from the nearest metro station. The property is well maintained and the apartment was well supplied. The elevator is small allowing only one person at a time if you have 2 or more pieces of luggage and you have to climb more than 10 steps from street level to get there. There are grocery stores about 400 metres from the property. You can easily get to everywhere you want to go in Athens using the transportation system."

"The 6th floor of the building where the “hotel” is located on was very nice, great air conditioning, very clean. Very friendly staff when they were there. The location was very close to metro but walking around the area was sketchy sketchy. We could see homeless, and people who were clearly into drugs. For this reason only, I think would not book a hotel in this area again."

"Nicely located in a central street, everything is close by - bus, shopping etc. the apartment is well equipped, sound proof, comfortable and offeres all you need. We booked it instead of another apartment that asked for twice the price and we do not regret! The host is very attentive and helpful, thank you for your hospitality!"

"The apartment was very roomy, clean, included a kitchen and laundry machine. It was truly a home away from home. Anytime we reached out to the staff for anything, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. The only negative we felt was the location was a bit far from the city center to just walk but the metro was incredibly close and convenient. The neighborhood was also a bit sketchy."
