"The room was in terrible condition. Paint cracking/peeling, multiple dead bugs in the overhead light, multiple live bugs throughout the room, AC was nonfunctional, fridge was nonfunctional, the bed had multiple cigarette burns, no blanket provided, no towels provided, trash was everywhere on the property, other guests using drugs in the parking lot, overall a terrible experience. I did not feel safe at this location at all."

"The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. My air conditioner/heating unit did not seem to be working, so I was too warm both nights of my stay. The lobby seemed to be fairly nice, clean, well kept. Other public spaces - hallways, elevators - were in poor shape. Carpets worn and things were dirty. Visibly dirty. I did not use the pool or the arcade, but I thought the vintage arcade games were a nice touch. The bar and restaurant, Tanglewood, was a mistake I won’t make again. Food was below average quality, but the bill was too big for its britches."

"Bedding and towels were stained, hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor, hair dryer/outlet did not work, breakfast was pretty much cleared out by 830, syrup all over the breakfast room floor, hallways smell like weed, room was humid and smelled like cigarettes…and so much more. Overall worst hotel I’ve probably ever had! "

"This hotel was excellent! Very clean, great staff, nice breakfast area with lots of cute places to sit and feel a little more separate than a bunch of square tables bunched together in a room like many hotels. Great location (Tim Horton's and Walmart very close by, as well as many other stores and restaurants). Very easy access back onto I96 as well. Highly recommend! "

"The property was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly, but there is minimal insulation so the rooms are very noisy! Our room in particular was a first floor room and didn’t have window shades or blinds, just a see through curtain. That was my biggest complaint!"
